2x8@bar 2x8@135 2x6@225 1x4@315 1x6@405 2 board. Felt some pulling in the pec, so I just shut it down. Did some wide pushdowns, and kennleys. One a good note, had one training partner smoke 385 raw at the end of his workout. He weighs 198. Put another in a tight bench shirt for first time. He did 500 off the 2board. He has a lot of work to learn the shirt though.

haha honestly I don't know the real names for them. Just a movement I saw Ryan Kennley do on one of his videos. Pretty much a skull crusher but with dumbbells. Gives me a nasty tri pump.

It is a Titan F6. I mostly bench raw so I never really got the feel for it. The first time wearing it I got 525. Im wanting to try the Super Katana and see where that puts me.

With the right tri work, I get about 150lbs out of my super katana. It takes some time to learn though. If you ever start to get into it, record a few sets and I will help as much as I can.

Just an easy accessory day. abs 3x10 incline rear delt 3x8 face pulls with blue band 3x8 seated rows Feeling a little better today, but changing my workout plan for the week. I will not deadlift this week, just do some light technique stuff. Also finished up my monolift today. Will try and take some video of it and work in a few light sets to get the hang of it.
