I have an odd tendency to bring my knees in during box squats and get tendinitis almost immediately.

Bench day
5x5@135 1x6@185 1x6@225 ram 1x6@315 ram assissain on 1x4@455 2board 1x3@ 515 2board 1x2@615 2board 1x1@675 1board 1x1@705 1board 1x1@ 725 1board shaky at top. 1x1@755 2board- died about 1/2 way up. Honeycutt got a nice curl. 10x10 pushdowns with medium weight. Only taking about 1min between sets. Have a sick tri pump. Good and bad. Good news is that even with a few weeks off because of injury I can still hit 700 off the 1 board. Bad news is that I am not as strong as I was a few weeks ago. Next week I am going to attempt to get 675 down to the chest. This is where I need to open to be safe.
