haha i wish! I have a lot of gut, which is the area I am trying to burn off. Been trying to upload some pictures, but cant it keeps taking me to the refresh page.

Arm day: Nice easy workout

Did a big superset of 3x12 sitting zotmen curls, standing one arm isolation curls, and kneeling cable crunches.

Was able to get a nice little pump, and some core work.

Cooked on the grill tonight, made 3 chicken burgers, and 8 chicken legs. Ate 1 burger, and 4 legs. Saving the rest for tomorrow.

warm ups, towel stretches, 5x10 kneeling cable crunches.

work sets of floor press
2x6@295 plus 30lbs of chain
1x15@295 plus 30lbs of chain

Going to have to rework my floor press numbers. I am much stronger there than I thought.

Not much experience with floor pressing any heavier weight. In fact I think yesterday was the most I have ever tried. Being I did it for 15 I think I undersold myself haha.
