Overall felt solid. Hamstring was a little tender, but for the fiirst real squat workout after injury I was happy. Walk out was a lot better this week. Still have a long way to go over the next 8 weeks, but I will get there.
How long does it take you to get your suit on? I imagine you have it down to an art form.

A minute or so. Some guys it takes a good while. I can pretty much pull mine straight up. Its just old. A tight one would take me 5mins or so.

Its really not that bad, mostly because I dont know any better. I have always had to walk them out. As long as you keep your core tight, its not too bad. I may be telling a different tell when I get back into the 800s though.

Bench

Came in today thinking that I wouldnt be real strong due to working in the yard the entire day yesterday. Got in early to warm up, roll, and all those good things.

3x6@135
3x5@225
1x5@315
1x2@405 2board
1x1@455 2board
1ply katana on
1x2@605 2board
1x1@655 chest
Assassian on
1x1@655 2board
1x1@700 2board
1x1@745 2board

straight bar rows
1x8@135
1x8@225
1x6@315

Best the bench has felt in a good bit. Was able to find the groove better tonight. May try to work those same weights down to the 1board next week. Having some foot placement issues. I have some video, but due to number of lifters, I had to sit up the cam when we use boards. I will post it up anyway.

This is just unbelievable strength in here. I cant imagine what it must feel like to bench those kind of numbers, damn I couldnt even roll 700+lbs across the floor. You must feel super human under that bar... Im in total awe

Carl.

Thanks Carl, been a long way to get to this point. Has taken some luck, and a lot of just showing up and putting the time in. The great thing about lifting, is you always want more!
