2x5@bar 3x8@135 3x6@225 1x4@315 1x3@405 2board shirt on 1x2@515 2board 1x0@655- didnt put a belt on and shirt flew up. just had spotters take it. 1x1@705- clean, but slow 1x0@750- just didnt feel good today, moved about 1/2 way, but just no tri shirt off 2x6@315 Strength was down today. pretty sure from all the Hurricane clean up. Live to fight another day.

I will through the video up tonight. Its a little both. I am teaching myself, and at times this can be an issue. My elbows were out way to far last week, which is why I couldnt touch. This week I was able to touch 705, and press it clean. It just feels like I have to get my elbows so far tucked that I am in bad position. I think I just need to be stronger to use such as strong shirt. This is why I am going back to some basics for a few weeks to try and bring up my bottom end strength levels.
