Give me a few years, JB. I'm comin' after your lifts!

Seriously, though, awesome squats. Mentally, what do you feel when you move that much weight?

what am I thinking "Dont fart, dont fart, dont fart!" haha JK!!

Most of the time I get tunnel vision. I pretty much block everything out. Typically when I walk through the doors on a heavy day like this I leave all the real world stuff behind me and just focus in on what I have to get done. On the way to the bar I dont hear other people, dont really see them, just staring down the bar!

Lots of people tell you they think about their form and so on, but honestly its like walking to me. I dont think about it, it has just become a natural movement.

I have never found an endorphin rush quite like a big squat.

You don't even heaar that really loud guy? Haha

I am actually quite the same, in that I don't really think about anything anymore as I approach the bar. I do however, think about a form cue I am trying to work into my automatic functioning, just before I approach the bar.

I have always strived to train the brain to naturally do the best form I can muster.
