Damn JB, your rehab work is quickly approaching all my PR's! Awesome to say the least.

Conrtaz on the great accomplishment for your "mature" training buddy. I got 5 years to get hopefully even close to that. I better get lifting!

That rage I'm in is about that. It's one of Adam's old ones.He has been in metal gear for about three years now. Maybe more.

That shirt has taken a ton of reps, but I know the one your in has taken a ton more weight!!!! People talk about having to change gear so much, but most of mine has held up well. I have worn my briefs out, but thats because I got so fat that I stretched them out!

The poly that it's all made of now is a world apart from our former denim and canvas. Brian was telling me how he is still squatting in the original Metal Jack set up he got from EFS like 3 years ago, and it's his go to stuff. That and additions like scooping the neck of a shirt, and grid stitching items has added to their durability. I'm sure your briefs would hold up well to someone of a larger size as well.

Had some time to kill before our last basketball game of the regular season, so got some quick work in

incline dumbbell press superset with cable push downs
10x10 limited rest, light weights

Just wanted to get some blood in the pec and tris.

If I could ever sell him on a tight bench shirt he would do near 6 I think. Not sure that will ever happen though haha! Equipped benching is a different world, fun, but different.

Looks to be some solid bloodwork JB!

I am looking forward to trying out gear, especially since I have the Crew, who all lift in it anyway. Hopefully later this year. Might be a toughie to justify the expense to the wifey tho after having to pay for my rehab. Are shirts expensive?

they can be, buy used...they hold up well, and you dont want too much for your first one anyway!
