Just an ol country boy Mike! Keeping the bench raw as I am trying to build tendon strength. My squat and deadlift are not very far away from being able to get on the platform....bench is a whole different story!

Did my rehab warm ups

3x20@bar
1x20@95
1x10@115
1x10@135
1x10@165
1x10@185
1x8@205
1x8@225
1x3@245 pause reps
1x3@275 2board

5x15 band pushdowns
1x10 dumbbell skull crushers (felt funny in shoulder, so didnt do anymore)

pretty solid day, pec didnt feel all that great though. Could really tell at 275 it was loaded. Thinking next week I will do seated military press to take a week away from benching.

Thanks guys, pec is feeling fine. I was just tight in the shoulders yesterday after squatting on Friday and benching on Monday. I try to do nothing that makes the pec feel uncomfortable. Watching the video its funny seeing how fast the reps are, but knowing how it feels in my hands. Still a lot of mental barriers to get over. Pec is tight today, and my tris are smoked from the push downs. Going to do some curling and some rear delts today as my training partners jump in their bench shirts.

did a few sets of standing curl bar curls and seated zotman curls.

Spotted and helped with bench shirt for training partner. He did a 550 off the 2board at 54 years old. Pretty dang on impressive. Scary part is its my old Katana and its about 3 years old! Hows that for a piece of gear holding up?
