Its go time! Been 18 weeks since the surgery plus another 4 since I was able to squat using a regular bar. Tired of waiting, time to load the bar!!!!!!! Kids better be careful today in class, I am already fired up and its 7am!

O yeah, woke up at 296 this am....275 here I come!

Great day, pec felt great. Made it through with no injuries. I could have went well into the 800s with the straps up. My best single ply squat is 900, so I am not that far off. 2 months and I'll give 1k a run again!!! I'll have video up tonight. I need to find a good app to add voice over to it, suggestions???
