rehab warm ups, really feel I have this down to exactly what I need.
bench 2x10@bar 1x10@95 1x10@115 1x10@135 1x10@165 1x10@185 1x10@205 1x6@225 5 sets of band pushdowns superset with shrugs. OVerall it was a great day. First time benching over 200 in a full range bench. Everything was very light. I stopped at 6 on 225 because of fear not pain or it being heavy. I am having to force myself to be slow on the progress because I dont want to move to fast and risk injury. Will add video shortly

I also have to proceed with caution wrt my lower back, but it sure is tough to resist.
![]() Your arms seem to be quite short or is it just the vids? If so, I imagine that must be a bonus to reduce ROM on bench? You are also definitely looking leaner as well
