Good day, happy with progress! The 205 wasn't heavy but it was enough to work me.

Not until I can bench into the 4s. When I can handle 315 for 8 or more, I will start to bring down the reps some and up the weight.

Got a little muscle soreness today. Left peck is pretty tired, and both tris fried. Didnt do enough on the shrugs to get sore. I will next time that I know it wont bother my peck. Its great to be able to train a little bit again. Going to hit my arms today, OHP tomorrow, then some squats with a regular bar on Friday.

Just a blood flow day. Rotation of the following
Timed hammer curls
Standing press from chin/ behind head
Face pulls

Did 5 total rotations, 3 from chin, 2 behind on the presses. Did everything till it hurt. Nothing was less than 25 reps. Diff got a good pump!
