Because I am weak and trying to rehab, I did some more OHP yesterday

Lots of warm ups/rehab
internal/external rotation, dumbbell presses, dumbbell OHP, dumbbell shrugs, wall push ups.

Standing strict OHP, superset with standing curl bar curls
3x20@bar
5x10@95
1x10@115
1x10@135

Finished it off with a set of timed hammers 35lbs x 1minute

Now I feel weak haha - your OHP is likely what I would do on a normal day Im liked those timed hammers as well when you put them on my program.

Good to see you continue to nurse your strength back!

squatted down in FLA with Team Sampson. First time using a chambered squat bar and chains. It was a learning experiance for sure. I am assuming that the bar was 45lbs and was told the chains were #280

2x5@135
2x5@225
1x5@315
added single ply brief
1x3@405
1x3@405 plus chains
1x3@495 plus chains

gear off

Narrow pause squats
4x5@225 well below depth.

Sore as can be!
