well I guess I can still squat a little something

Squat with SSB
2x10@bar
2x10@135
2x5@225
2x5@340
single ply briefs, knee wraps, belt
1x5@440
1x3@530
1x3@580
1x3@620
1x2@670

squats felt great, but I am out of shape. Ran out of air, but leg wise I had at least 1, maybe 2 more @670. Not sure how much more I could do with the regular bar, but looks like I should be able to have a solid squat once I make the move back.

working in that extra leg day on Mondays, and working heavier each week with no gear. Should make for a respectable raw squat along the way.

I did that on Monday. I am going to keep working it in over the next month, maybe 2, until I feel ready for heavier weight on a normal bar
