That 500 has gotta feel pretty darn good in the sikey. Also great to see you getting back to some pulling.

Yeah, good news it is light, bad news is its only 1/2 of my best squat haha!

Did a little leg circuit today (can I call it crossfit?

3x6@135 narrow stance (used normal bar)
3x25 leg extension
3x20 leg press (close stance, toes fwd)

Got some blood in the quads, worked the hams free some. First time using regular bar in the squat. Felt good to have the bar on back, and wow is the SSB a hell of a lot harder!

I actually went up to 575x5 the week before. I was having issues with the bar staying on my back. Dont know if it is because it is a homemade SSB, but when I am trying to be explosive the bar pops up. That and its a Dick's sporting goods type bar so the whip on it is NASTY!

The pec is making progress. Still get some pulling when I get deep on the bench. I will have to improve my mobility for the rest of my life to keep it healthy. Something I should have been doing the whole time. Hope to have a most surgery PR today
