Thanks guys, a little bit at a time. Might get in one more light raw squat before I head out on vacation. Pretty dang on sore today though, and knees ache a little. Should feel better in the morning.

Been out of town for over a week, so this is the first real chance I have had to hit the gym.

3x10 band push downs
3x10 cable push downs
3x10 standing dumbbell press over head
3x10 wall push ups
bench
2x20@bar
1x15@65
1x10@85
1x15@95
1x15@105

First bench over 100lbs since the peck surgery. Guess that means I can bench about as much as Jen right now
