My left tri is really weak, and of course my peck is as well. It took no time for it to be full of blood. Another day, another step in the right direction.
Good stuff JB. Great attitude as well.

Depends on what the Feds you will lift in will allow. If its only knee sleeves, I would suggest investing in a pair. Its more about joint health to me than anything else.

OK - I will check with the Crew about the Feds. I asked Brian (Crew Leader)and he said the next meet will be in late April/Early May. That is a GPC Fed I believe. As far as the CPU goes (Canadian Powerlifting Union) I will have to check with MIke.

Thanks JB!

squat day
2x10@bar
2x10@135
2x10@225
1x5@325
added 52 brief
1x5@325
1x5@415 added belt and wraps
1x3@525
1x5@575- paused the last rep for a 3 count.

3x10+10 dumbbell deadlifts, dumbbell shrugs

Not a bad squat day. Peck/shoulder is a little sore, but nothing crazy. Guess I could squat 650 or so on the SSB right now. Maybe 700 on the regular bar. Pretty good for 11 weeks post surgery and wearing some old single ply briefs.
