I sure hear ya on that one. Those 8 rep squats I did Wednesday seemed to take an eternity and left me feeling like I was beaten by a gang of angry powerlifters.

Sorry for the lack of work in here. Go back to doctors on Thursday. Dont want to lift this week before I see him. Dont want any swelling in the joint and have to hear him fuss about it haha.

Curious to see what the doc tells you to do, or not to do.

Doc vist went well. I am at the 8 week mark. He said at this point the chances of retear are pretty high. He said over the next 6 weeks I will see good strength and ROM gain. He said at about 10 weeks some people can start light weight training. I took that as I can start light weight training

Did some Rehab stuff while training partners spotted. Called depth for those guys, and of course got pissed off because they can squat and I cant haha!

bench (well as much as I guy who just had his peck repaired can)
wooden stick 4x20
curl bar 3x20
bench bar 2x20

Peck is weak, tri is weak, seems tired today, but no injury and a major step in the right direction!
