Went to doctor today, and came back in a pretty good mood. Said that my progress is so good that it is scary! told me to keep up what I am doing and dont do anything crazy. I had to promise not to do any bench movments.

Got to the gym early today and put some padding on the SSB that my training partner made. I did some peck rehab stuff then did some light warm ups before squat. Decided to squat to a bench which is right about depth for me as I didnt want to use a bunch of speed and hurt the peck.
2x25@135 2x25@195 Legs got a nice bit of blood flow, iced down the peck afterwards. Great start for the comback trail. Plenty of strength, but wanted to be really careful for the next 2/3 weeks.
