Pretty much any weight I want. I can take 800 down with no trouble as long as the straps are not tight.

Few people would bother attempting that kind of weight. Most would get crushed with 30% of it in fact! You'll hit 1100 soon enough and continue to astound.

My guess is too much work beforehand.
It hurt you on the break and kept you from being as tight as you needed to be. (Knees a little soft and hips a little behind you, resulting in your center of gravity being too far forward). Fresh, I think you would have gotten it. And like DX said, it's heavy

bench: still fighting with this wrist, took everything pretty slow. Still had to use suicide grip, and of course that scares me!
2x8@135 2x5@225 2x5@315 1x1@365 just wanted to see how wrist would react Put on Ram 1x5@405 1x3@455 1x2@475 1x1@495 close grip 1x?@225 2board- not sure how many reps I did, 10 or so. Shoulder was getting tired by this point so I just shut it down. Nice easy day overall. Wrist isnt too bad. 1st rep its ok, 2 starts to hurt, 3rd hurts haha!
