He has not been posting, just lazy lol! He had a muscle pull in the underbelly of the pec. Its been about a month, but he was able to do some light 2boards last night.

arm day: preachers as heavy as I could handle

started with 25s on each side (25lb bar)
1x20
35s 1x15
45s 1x10
55 each side 1x10
65 each side 1x8
75s each side 1x5

Good pump, not much work. weight got heavy after a bit.
