haha yeah I was at the gym, and figured I would do it yesterday rather than wait until today. I do just enough rear delt to keep my shoulders from hurting. knock on wood, no shoulder injury in a year when I started this.

The worse 750 has felt in years! we had a mistake on the monolift, then I was off center of bar. Re racked the weight, walked around the rack, then tried it again. I never unwrapped and my legs went numb! Was a dumb mistake, but one of the spotters was leaving, so it was now or never. Video will be posted soon.
