Hey man, why are your warmups always so weird? Never 315, 365, 405, etc like most people...

55lb bar, use 1 set of 100lb plates after 135. We collar everything after 255, which are 5lbs each. Most of the time I forget to add the extra 10lbs for the bar lol!
