Amazing stuff, JB!

Weird seeing that deadlift number being so high, yet the lightest lift of the three! That's incredible.

Thanks Mike, I lost my 3rd pull for a hitch at 700. Been adding some extra deadlift work to get it moving again. Need 750 plus ASAP!

squat day: Came in not expecting to do much. Legs were still sore from the work on monday. Wore Briefs, no belt, walked out squats narrow stance (inside shoulders)

2x8@135
2x6@245
1x5@345
1x4@445
1x3@535
1x2@685
1x6@445 good mornings.

All squats were well below depth
