Thanks guys. We all know that reps are not my thing, but pretty happy to knock out 12, two of which were pauses. Would like to try and hit 550-575 using the ram in a few weeks. Then back to my gear whore ways lol

Wish my pec would hold up long enough to do a raw cycle, but I know better. Why I stick with the ram.

Raw strength is great and all but if it breaks you, it's not helping. 600lbs in a RAM

you got that right....thats why I use th ram. If it wasnt for it, not sure how I could train my bench. Long way till 600 though. Going to try 550 in 3 weeks I think. Next week I want to do 455x6-8.

squat day:

warm ups
135x a few
245x a few
335x a few
445x16 no belt
625x10 PR

Work sets done with just my old single ply suit bottom. Didnt pull the straps up. All squats were walked out. 625x10 was a rep pr at that weight. Then I went and hand a massive plate of mexican food at a local place. All is great in the world lol
