It is feeling better, but my left side is hurting. May have tweaked something.

Bench day: Got there early to warm up back and get some good blood flowing before I started. Did some foam rolling, and light dumbbells before bench.

4xlots@bar
3x6@135
2x6@225
1x6@315

shirt on
1x2@495 2board

1x1@775 3board (left elbow wouldnt lock)
