1x1@765 pr!!!!
1x0@785- started in bad position, but did control it well. Moved it some, but spotters had to take it. I will give this a go again in a few weeks.

Overall i am pretty happy. First pr in the bench in awhile, even if it is the 2 board. I am in a lot better control with the shirt now. Thanks to ryano for telling me to just load the bar! Best advice i have had in awhile as simple as that was!
flagship day great work!! Sure you dont wanna keep the jack shirt lol

I normally get stuck with the crap music, but it was all on the same cd. I just switch it to the song I want before I go haha.

Squat day:

I went in today thinking I was going to squeeze my big butt into a Titan Boss suit, but it was just too small(Or I am too fat). So after fighting with it for 20minutes I gave up and switched to my single ply suit.
3xbar
2x8@135
2x6@255 briefs on
2x6@345
1x4@445
suit on
1x4@625
1x1@765
1x1@825
1x1@895

By far the best squat I have ever had. Was actually a 45lb pr! Not bad for a 3 year old suit, that has more squats in it than anyone could count. Everyone in the gym had a great day. Everyone moved some serious weight. Was a great time. I am uploading the videos now!
