Routine A: Bench Barbell Curls Military Press Routine B: Squats Bent Over Rows Stiff Legged Deads The routine will start with 4 singles on each exercise and will increase one set of one rep per workout until I hit 10 sets of 1 rep per exercise. At that time I will increase the weight and start back at 4 sets of 1 rep again and so on and on... Today's workout..I have a chest cold but decided to begin anyhow.. Bench Press: 295x4 sets of 1 rep Barbell Curls: 115x4 sets of 1 rep Military Press: 170x4 sets of 1 rep All weights felt pretty light so I think that it was a good place to start. |
