Was supposed to workout with mate today, but after 1 set of bench he hurt his neck (who knows) so i was left by myself.. pretty annoying without a spot. So i decided to do DB work instead of BB since i had no spot..
Tried Mesomorph pre-workout supp, didnt kick in until i was driving home from the workout BB bench - 110kgx5 (mate hurt himself then) DB bench press - 41kgx12, 43kgx8, 43kgx9. (had weird DB's in pounds..) Incline DB bench - 36.50kgx7/9/5 (again, ****ty DBs ) Peck deck - 107kgx12, 114kgx10, 120kgx7+2. Chest dips - BWx20/15/12 Felt strong Then did a few sets of weighted crunches.. 90kgx20/15/12. Abs were burning. This gym is so crap, i really dont like it.. only going because a mate really wants to to train a few times with him. P.S - Id also like to apologise to those who follow my log as i have been very busy as of late and haven't had time to reply to your logs. Please don't think im snobbing you. |

Took 1MR preworkout supp today as i got a few free samples. Definately had a buzz happening, was more focused and energized.. nowhere near as much as last nights "mesomorph" buzz though... that was freaky.
Shoulder press - 30kgx10/6/6+4 forced. - 22kgx5 supersetted with last set. Superset - DB lateral raises - 12kgx15/15/15 Reverse DB flies - 10kgx12/12/12 (These are hard to superset together!) BB curls - 40kgx12/10/10 Good pump Preacher curls - 35kgx12/9/8. Good pump and burn to finish with. Legs Thursday, pretty keen to limp out of the gym |
