Thanks alot mate, im recently started to seriously consider looking into starting powerlifting or atleast power benching. It's something i would prefer to do rather than bodybuild.

That's the route I've come down. I started bodybuilding but found I enjoyed shifting heavier weights so switched over. Your pressing looks strong. How is your squat and dl?

Well, my current goal is still to put on another 2-3 kilos of muscle and get down to 10% BF for summer. But otherwise i love lifting heavy, VERY HEAVY!

Deadlift max is 180, iv had a few bumps along the way with form and slight injuries.
Squat is pretty pathetic really, i haven't maxed it in a while but recently iv been doing 100kgx8 reps. Like an idiot when i first started lifting i neglected legs

Still pretty strong mate. No problems with progressing in strength on a cut. It just takes a little longer.

Default Back day

All work (Except shrugs) were done raw (EG - No belt or straps).

Deadlifts - 60kgx12, 100kgx6 (warm ups) - 140kgx6, 150kgx1, 160kgx1, 170kgx1. PB!!
WGPU @ BW - 14, 10, 8. PBR!!
DB rows - 50kg (Max DB's) x 12, 50kg x 9. PBR!!
Wide Grip Seated Rows - #16 x 12, #17 x 10, #17 x 10. PB!!!

BB shrugs (Strapped) - 140kgx15, 160kgx12, 160kgx10, 180kgx12, 180kgx10. PB!!

Epic workout, felt strong and like a beast throughout.
I loved doing heavy single deadlifts, il be doing these more often
170kg went up nicely, and without straps!! My grip strength has exploded the last few months, before i was having trouble doign 140kg strapless..

Everything else was just as awesome, unfortunately for DB rows 50kg is the max my gym has, so i guess il have to swap to BB rows..

Doing legs & Cardio tomorrow morning as Friday i wont be able to make the gym (University all-day party & a 21st at night.)
