Squats 45x5 115x5 155x5 185x5/5 then stopped because i felt a pinch in both hammies, first day back, taking it easy Bench 45x5 65x5 95x5 125x5/5/5 easy BB Rows- 95x10/10/7 BTN Press- 75x10/10/8 loved it, i missed the gym so much. felt great

Okay so last night I officially ended pledging, finding out was honestly one of the best feelings I've ever had in my life! I'll be hitting the gym consistently now.

Yesterday's Workout: Squat: 45x5x2 95x5 145x5 185x7 Bench: 45x5 65x5 95x5 125x8 DB Rows 45x15/12/10 DB Shoulder Press 35x12/11/9 feels good. cant wait to get into the gym monday and really get going
