135x5x3 T-Bar Row- 75x5x2 85x5 loved these, first time ever doing them, definitely keeping them Seated BTN Press- 95x5x2 105x5 PR DB Shrugs- 75'sx5 80'sx5 85'sx5 felt pretty strong today, had a great workout

Squats-
195x3 felt a pain in my knee 175x5 175x5 this last set i had the best form and felt no pain anywhere, sticking with this SLDL- 155x5 175x5 195x5 i love deadlifting movements so much, this weight will be much higher soon Calf Raises 5 sets of 10 at 175

BB Incline-
95x12/10/8 BB Close Grip Bench- 105x7 95x8/8 DB Flies- 15x12/10 BB Curls- 45x12/12/12 ss with Overhead Tricep Extensions- 45x12/12/12 DB Hammer Curls- 20'sx10/8 ss with Dips- BWx5/5 good workout, felt very pumped up. Fun change of pace

![]() Hope that pain in the knee is nothing. Was it muscle or joint? You shouldn't feel pain in the knee because of weight when you are squatting, generally. I know when I was feeling some pains I went back and checked my form against various tutorials and made sure I was doing things right. Good form usually equals no pain, well, no joint pain anyway! ![]() Keep smashing! |
