Strength not too good today. It may be due to lack of food, or that I hadn't quite recovered from Tuesday's session.

So poundages were a bit meh...overhead press was pretty weak

That will be the last session for over a week as I'm off to the Loire Valley next week avec mon mere (une vielle dame) et Madam Tannhauser.

First session back after a little sojourn in France. things went OK, except that I caught my toes on the leg of the bench - having taken my trainers off for deadlifts - and they hurt.

The pulldowns were weak and my brachialis was twinging, so didn;t push the weights.
