Workout Time: 65 minutes

Workout Grade: B-

Chomping on some amazing post-workout pepper jack cheese. Best I have ever had. Spicy!

Workout was solid. CNS was locked and loaded and deadlifts felt ridiculously light. 225 and 315 warmup sets were almost laughable. BTN presses were a struggle though. Somehow I tweaked my right collarbone 2 weeks ago. While it is not in pain, something seems out of whack. I went light on BTNs just in case something was cracked.

I also went low reps on situps. Haven't performed them in a while and didn't overdo it.

Great to hear those DLs felt light So, what's the issue with the collar bone...a strain along the muscle or something of that nature??

I think it's from doing too many rack pulls and shrugs over 700 this past month. Something seems pulled out of place.
