Day 11
Front Squats 5x5: 185 205 225 225 225 DB Incline Bench 5x5: 50 55 60 65 65 Low Pulls 5x5: 120 140 160 180 200 Today was a bad day and it effected my squats and bench for sure. The weirdest thing was my pulls felt easier than ever. Just one of those days. Gotta do something though. |
