Really pleased with money set on PP - anytime I can get between 3 and 5 reps on week 3 is awesome. Pull ups were very hard but I managed to get good ROM and my lats are fried.

Squats tomorrow AM. Money set is 350 and I'm already getting siked.

I was so stoked about powering up that last rep on my money set. I refused to give up on it. All my warm up sets and the first 2 sets of 531 were ATG, but my money set obviously was not. My body just takes time to get used to the weight, so I reckon in 1 or 2 cycles I will be able to ATG 350. Last week I did ATG 330 - and I never used to be able to ATG that.I think if I did squat singles I would be able to ATG 350 on that. On rep 3 I felt a bit of lean forward on the way down.

Super happy with this session and it's now in the bank. In 3 or so cycles I will be repping 405!!

A lean grow day Wednesday and then Bench on Thursday AM.

EDIT: I have just been informed by Carl these squats are BP/ATG. I obviously have depth perception issues and/or did not know what an ATG squat was LOL.

Carl has just made this lift this AM become one of the most special ones of my life. Depth and form are everything to me.

thy are definitely below parallel mate and the first few i would class as ATG for sure. your hammies touch your calves... if you go too low you can lose the tightness in the hams and they can relax, thats not a good idea in my book

Carl.

Depth looks great to me. You're an inspiration: the way you fought through on that last rep' was awesome. I can't see on the video; where is the bar on your back?
