BHTNP 95 X5 115 X9 115 X8 115 X8 Face Pulls 70 X10 70 X10 70 X10 Upright Rows 75 X8 75 X8 75 X8 Side Lateral Raise 20 X10 20 X9 Pull Ups Alternating Grip (Wide, Close,Chin) 4,4,4,3,3,3,2,2,2,1,2,2 32 Total BB Hack Squats 115 X10 115 X10 115 X10 115 X10 Decided to try these before squat day on Wednesday (No worries, I won't be doing back squats) They are kind of like a reverse deadlift - no wonder I liked the lift ![]() Amazingly, they made my low back feel BETTER This is why I did so many of them. I reckon the logic here would be if a regular deadlift makes my back hurt, than a reverse deadlift would do the reverse - make my back feel better. LOL![]() Cardio ![]() 10K (6.2 Miles) Elliptical 55 Mins WOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO - I thoroughly enjoyed torturing my shoulders this AM.
