Got 100 explosive reps with limited rest. Really happy with these!

Going to lift with the Crew this weekend, but will be keeping it light. Really nice to be easing back to "my normal"!

Had post twice after watching videos. Squats look great! On the fronts I'm thinking, "this guy didn't skip leg day." Pendlay form is great, I need to drop weight and not use hip drive to start lift myself.

Thanks Fen! Indeed, at times, it seems like a deload. JB, on his program, stressed to me to get that blood flowing, and that reps will make you stronger. In addition, I need to leave the session feeling like I accomplished something, so I am liking trying to do something special or out of the ordinary that fits within the framework of what I have been ordered to do by the docs.

Thanks a bunch again Fen! I will try to keep the form as it gets heavier as well. I have discovered tho, that it is easy to lose focus and form even on light weight, mainly due to the mentality of a light weight, as I can tend to forget about form, thinking well, this is easy, lets just whip thru it and get it done.

On the Pendlay's I always make an effort to keep the body english to a minimum.

Man I love that you did a 10x10 pendlay. I do them some times on the boat and love 10x10 but am really happy when the last set is done
