Squat 95 X5 115 X5 135 X5 155 X5 185 X8 X5 Sets Really getting into a groove as squats are feeling better & better each session ![]() Front Squat 115 X8 X5 Sets Pendlay Rows 135 X10 X10 Sets ![]() ![]() ![]() Got 100 explosive reps with limited rest. Really happy with these! Going to lift with the Crew this weekend, but will be keeping it light. Really nice to be easing back to "my normal"! ![]()

Had post twice after watching videos. Squats look great! On the fronts I'm thinking, "this guy didn't skip leg day." Pendlay form is great, I need to drop weight and not use hip drive to start lift myself.
