Onward and Upward Jimbo. I love(hate) the back squat front squat combo. The goblet squat is like a sick sort of cherry on top. Strong work.

Haha - me too, but the fronties will be good for starting at low weight, which I have to do now, and the goblets were to challenge myself and make me feel like I accomplished something, and to get blood flowing.

Nope - I have not yet received the Vitacost shipment. I bought a container of the Vegasport locally, as it was on sale, to try it. No complaints, as it was actually pretty good. No ill effects at all. I can certainly live with it. 2 More tubs are in the Vitacost order.
