A great big thanks to all of you for everything. I can't stay online for long as I am having more issues with the eye. Being on a computer too long makes it worse. I am getting extreme flashing (it's sort of like camera flashes like paparazzi. This is giving me Jay size headaches and making feel ill. Tiny parts of my right eye have gone dark as well. This surgery cannot come fast enough.
I did manage to stay at work all day today. I also went for my medX Back Bitch session and progressed so well I made the Doc smile. I did 165 lbs for 33 reps in 2minutes and 8 seconds. This is an increase of 10 lbs and 4 reps in less time (meaning faster pace) Goal is also to last more than 2 minutes before cooked. My ROM also increased 6 degrees. Doc was so excited and I almost cried lol. This is spectacular progress he said. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I also went for my massage tonight and JB, you will be glad to know my quads were still sore as hell and the quad massage was a bit on the agony side. I have also lost more weight (fat). I am now at 221 lbs in 7.5 weeks. Again, really pleased with this. I now only have 10-15 lbs to go. Damn Jim, I haven't read your log in a long time. I am sorry to hear that the birdshot has gotten much worse.
