hahaha got to learn to adapt and over come! Learning to train around injuries is a part of lifting that everyone will face at some point!

Indeed, I am learning fast. It will finally be like having a piano lifted off my shoulders once this injury is finally taken care of after so long.

Lower back is feeling the best it has in ages today. MedX session #2 is coming up Friday and I am looking forward to some improvement on it from last Tuesday.
