Thanks everyone. I would reply individually and read all your journals' but I can't as I am in extreme pain. I have now been diagnosed with a condition called Torticollis:
Torticollis - Causes, Symptoms, Treatment, Diagnosis - Condition Factsheets - C-Health I haven't been able to eat much as the pain from swallowing is too severe. I went to my family doc for pain meds which don't seem to be helping much. I also had to go for 2 Chiro treatments today. The first one this AM was pure hell in which I have never experienced such extreme pain before after she cracked my neck. I screamed so loud I am sure anyone else in the building would have wondered if a murder was happening. A river of tears were running down my cheeks and I was shaking like a leaf. Man,I literally thought that was the end for a minute. Holy shit. This afternoon she had to crack me again. Again, a 10/10 on the pain meter but at least i didn't scream. I have to keep icing it now 10 minutes on, 10 off, etc for an hour and then stop for 1 hour and repeat. I am also feeling quite weak as I can't eat much. Tonight I managed to get down 3 pork back ribs, half a glass of milk, and a couple of spoons of rice. Right now, Monday evening, I am feeling very ill with a Jay size headache. She said this should clear up as I have a mild case. If this is mild, I hate to see what a severe case would be like. Hopefully this won't re-occur, but there is a chance it may. The good news today is that I managed to find a Back Rehab center here in Calgary that specializes in back decompression. They have a special machine that is available to those who qualify and I am sure I will. Watch the vid with the dude from the Doctors show. Compression is my main issue in my lower back. I've never been there myself, although I do think spinal decompression is a must whether its an inversion board or other wise. My inversion boards saved my geezers for training partners lives for pain wise.
