Thanks Big J! Focus now is to get healthy and I am improving by the day. Chiropractic seems to be helping so far.

I vow to pull again! Even if I don't get to 500, I'm good with whatever my body is going to give me.

Going to do some squats tonight. Gonna bury them big time.

SQUATS WITH A DASH OF DEADLIFT!!!!

I will literally cherish that triple forever. No pain whatsoever. This is a great start. Going to take things so slow - I don't care how long it takes as I will be happy as a clam do pull anything my body wants to give me. I'll be proud to pull and squat anything at a meet.

Oh yeah, I did some handy dandy squats as well!! Again, pain free. The back is on the mend. The new Chiropractor is a genius. You guys are all so incredible for giving me hope to pull again. I really believed that Sports Medicine Doc - mostly because of my struggles to get past a 410ish squat for what seems like forever.

I think I just may have a permanent smile on my face. Not going to be a has-been.

Squats
Bar X5
95 X5
115 X5
135 X5
155 X5
185 X5
205 X5

245 X5 + 10 lbs from last time.

If I can keep a shred of the strength you have when I have to face some adversary, I will be doing well.

Thanks Ravi!! Indeed, one session and one rehab at a time. I'm in no hurry.

Thanks Dave!! I am feeling much better about things as I am coming to terms with my eye disease. The cut, Chiro, and rehab is making me feel better about things with my back. Last, but not least, all of you talking baout it with me has given me hope and desire.

I will Fen - even when I am healed I will be going for regular massage and Chiro, and I will progress slower than before. I will also only train 3 days per week and heavy pull or squat only once per week.

I also do not want to do any more rack pulls, as I feel that lift strained my lower back the most, when I refelct upon the last 2 months.

Deficit pulls are OK tho. I think even snatch grip deads are going to be OK.
