you can use two smaller bands to make that larger band.

BENCH AND WHATEVER I FELT LIKE SESSION
JB is currently coming up with an evil plan to help take over the Bench World (haha ) I tell you, I am even more grateful for his help now, if that is even possible. He also promised I will be able to grow even bigger legs. Bonus!We sure do have a really special group of lifters here at MAB. You all have given me hope that I have a chance to prove the Doc wrong. In the meantime, I will follow JB's program and give it everything I have. Once I am healed and have the second opinion, I will be able to reevaluate and maybe be able to reintroduce deadlifts. Hope and optimism sure is a wonderful thing. For now, I have to make sure I don't fuck up that lower back anymore. The Crew also thought that this is the way to go and have vowed to get me that 500 deadlift no matter how long it takes. I now want to move forward and try to put the last 2 weeks behind me. I did tons of dead hangs throughout the session. Bench Press Bar X5 95 X5 135 X5 155 X3 185 X3 205 X2 225 X2 245 X2 260 X2 275 X1 285 X0 Grrr. 285 X1 PR ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Was a bit surprised that the spotter not only lifted off way too fast, he also let the weight go right away instead of gradually, which really threw me off. He said he did not assist even tho his fingers were on it. So, I'll count it, especially considering the crapezoid liftoff. Squat Bar X5 105 X5 145 X5 165 X5 195 X3 235 X3 ![]() ![]() Really happy here. Last Thursday, the best I could do was 205 X1 before my back felt strain. Today, no strain at all. DB Rows 35 X5 65 X5 90 X5 110 X6 110 X8 120 X5 PR ![]() ![]() ![]() 120 X4 120's are the biggest they have, so quite pleased with these as well as they did not bother my back as long as I did them from a dead stop.
