WEIGH-IN & CARDIO
Weight: 226.5 lbs Waist: 39.0 inches Weight is down 1/2 lb and waist is no change. Close enough for maintenance in my book, so I'm very happy with this result. 1 more week of maintenance and then I'll cut, hopefully only 1.5 lbs per week. It looks like I will have to reduce portion sizes, but only slightly. My cardio is going to lead the way to a calorie deficit. 5/3/1 CYCLE 6 WEEK 2 PUSH PRESS
Push Press 5/3/1 (Goal) Actual (120 X3) 120 X3 (137.5 X3) 137.5 X3 (155 X3) 155 X5 Dang it almost had 6, just inches away from lockout. I'm still so very happy, considering this was my old 1 RM from last October.Assistance Lifts DB OHP 50 X10 50 X10 50 X10 Pull Ups As many sets as required to 25 reps. BW X4,4,3,3,3,3,3,2 PB My progression scheme for these is the same as for chins - to work my way up to 50 reps. Face Pulls 75 X10 PB +5 lbs 75 X10 75 X10 Cardio ![]() 45 Mins 5.0 Miles 593 Cals burned Awesome session once again - just the right amount of volume. It's funny how I just recovered from my chin ups DOMS from last Thursday, and now I have them again from todays pull ups. I have to earn my wings.

AWESOME work in here Jim. Pulls are great and the PP is very strong. nice progression form 1rm to repping with 5 in just a couple of months.
