Great sesh Jimbro!! Squats were buried! Got to love how not too long ago you were struggling with a 2pps bench, now you are repping it effortlessly

Just a little bit of cardio actually feels pretty good to me too

Thanks Rich!! Yep, I'll never forget how I used to stare at guys repping 2PPS like it was nothing and wonder WTF can't I do that?

The cardio is really putting me in a good mood as well.

I just found out today I am 60 lbs (27.5 kg) short (Using my WPC Vegas total of 1116 lbs or 507.5KG's) of a qualifying total for the CPU (Canadian Powerlifting Union) Nationals. I need 535 kg's. Damn.

I also wouldn't mind dropping 1 weight class to the 93 kg (204.5 lbs) if possible. Not a priority tho. If I was at this weight now, I would qualify. Class III is the minimum qualification.

All this extra fat I'm carrying around is not helping me one bit. I am on IF right now and I am already feeling better and leaner. I will be weighing in on Sunday.

Mrs Squatter is more excited about it than me. I am 100% confident I can be as strong if not stronger at a lower bodyweight. I will reach 200-210 lbs - I guarantee it. I just don't wanna be a fat powerlifter anymore.

Yes, I have lost a fair bit of c/v fitness ans stamina Babs. It has been over a year since I did cardio. I love it as it creates my calorie deficit and make sme feel good and puts me in a better mood.
