Thanks Jay!! I took 2 complete days off prior to this, I will be taking 4 of the 5 days this week off, and there is nor upright or standing movements like squats and deads. I really don't like taking 7 days completely off. I didn't even do that before my meet.

Thanks Ben!! I definitely am recharging and I feel awesome right now - so good in fact I cannot even tell I have a lower back haha

I didn't know that about you Steve! I definitely think the conditioning will help me. Again, nothing crazy as I do not want to jeapordize my strength on JB's program. I have seen many guys, including guys like Fazc, who are lighter than me, yet stronger. I see no reason why I can't be just a bit lighter yet just as strong if not stronger.

Thanks for the supportive and encouraging words Moe! I'll get it done! I have alot of designer clothes that are getting too snug, even the XL ones.

Don't mind at all! No treatments have been suggested yet as I do not have my appt. with the sports medicine specialist until April. He is going to determine the treatment. In the meantime, I carry on and get adjustments from the physiotherapist as needed. I'll let everyone know once I find out.

Looks like you are pretty much where I was at last July ,
I too am 5’ 10” and was 233lbs after I did my run of smolov in the summer, so decided to come back down.
Spend all August through October very slowly coming down and came in on the last meet at 213lbs
It can easily be done and you certainly have the tools to do it…

For some reason I always thought you were taller than 5’ 10”

Haha - I thought you looked taller as well. My vids may make me look tall but they make me look fatter as well. The camera is never kind to me!

Ya, if you can do it, so can I!! Thanks for the encouragement Alan!

You're right Jim! Anything you set your mind to will happen so I have no doubt you will meet and exceed all your goals. WRT that extra steak at night, please feel free to send it my way. Consider it my small contribution to your success

Haha - and how would you like it done? Raw? Tenderloin only right?

I will also be sending a few lbs of flab - you won't even notice it.
