![]() You are making steady progress, your overall strength has improved a fair amount in my opinion. FYI, the off cycle stuff has similar workouts with dumbbell bench and curls before moving to the regular bench. Now those are nasty lol.

Thanks Alan! I can smell blood for my 500 pull and 3PPS bench. Squat I am hoping for a 430 to legal depth soon. 450 later in the spring or early summer would be nice.
