As far as this week is concerned, should I still do the backwork on Thursday for week 7? Or should I do the week 7 backwork with the crew on Sunday? I also still have bench auxilliary to do this week. Not sure how to proceed for the rest of this week (week 7) and/or if week 8 will just start on Saturday as usual. Just unclear on how to proceed.

JB'S OLD SCHOOL SEMESTER 7 DAY 3 BENCH AUXILIARY
I don't recall ever doing DB work before BB work before. Arnold's felt really heavy and kicked my ass. I was supposed to go heavy on them and nothing too crazy on the mid grip Barbell Presses. Very interesting twist to the session tonight that really fried my shoulders. It was also really cool to have my way with the 225. 2PPS used to be nothing but a Big Bitch to me. I thought form was pretty darn good and I am getting more consistent with the tightness as the reps go by in each set. I was also able to create a bigger arch tonight than I have in the past. Arnold Press 55's X6 65's X6 Vid ![]() 60's X6 55's X6 Mid Grip Bench Press 135 X3 185 X2 205 X1 225 X6 225 X6 225 X6 Vid 225 X6 Vid Next up on Thursday is some speed pulls and light RDL's.
