High Pin Rack Pulls Below Knee 135 X3 185 X3 225 X3 275 X3 315 X1 365 X1 385 X1 405 X1 Working Sets: 455 X4 465 X4 465 X4 475 X4 Vid Bonus: 495 X1 Vid ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() RDL's 225 X3 315 X2 365 X1 Working Sets: 405 X5.5 405 X6 405 X6 405 X6 Vid ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Everything here really are PR's ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Once I gathered up enough horsepower and torque on the 495 rack pull, dare I say it felt relatively light. Lower back is fully thrashed but feels OK. One of my best days ever in the JimGym. I am just so fucking happy! ![]()
