Ya, I'm sure it was just a combo of things and you summed it up nicely. Schedule any 2 board stuff on Max day with the crew if possible as I do not have any boards at home.

I'm always available to talk!! Really excited for the final weeks of this cycle as I am so happy my form is holding up well.

JB'S OLD SCHOOL SEMESTER 6 DAY 4 BACK ME

For the first time ever, I got a feel for 500 lbs.

I was pretty siked up from chatting with Steve on the phone last night. I have never spoken to a legend before.

Once I gathered up enough horsepower and torque on the 495 rack pull, dare I say it felt relatively light. Lower back is fully thrashed but feels OK.
