Ya, likely a combo of lack of focus brought on by fatigue and a very achy lower back. Just creating an arch was a Bitch. 2 Board work sounds good. I just have to do it on Saturday ME day with the crew. Really excited at how I felt no lower back pain during squats and at how I was able to maintain decent form. The session just sort of built upon itself set by set and I couldn't be happier about how my squat is going right now. If you insist!!

JB'S OLD SCHOOL SEMESTER 6 DAY 3 BENCH AUXILIARY
CGBP Goal was to to a 4X6 with increasing weight each set. Bar X5 95 X3 135 X3 165 X2 185 X1 Working Sets: 205 X6 225 X6 235 X6 245 X6 Vid ![]() ![]() ![]() Bonus Set: 255 X5 Vid ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Big PR's here. Previous best was 225 X5 Dips Dips were a self addition to the program today. I just felt like doing them. BW (234) +25 lbs X8 BW +35 lbs X8 BW + 45 lbs X5 Add Liquid Chalk as Grip was slipping BW + 45 lbs X9 Vid Much Better EZ Curl Bar Skullcrushers SS CGBP I was only supposed to do Skulls. It just feels natural tho to do some quick CGBP after, so I did. Bar +50 X10 Bar +50 X10 Bar +70 X10 Bar +70 X10 Vid Great session to start 2013. I couldn't be happier about the CGBP.
